SPEAKER
A speaker on many topics for many years and in many places. These are often in church settings, sometimes for special events, sometimes in homes, and sometimes in civic centers. They can be one-time events, or more of a seminar nature, with multiple speaking for periods of days. Sometimes they are accompanied with art, sometimes with a live painting demonstration, sometimes with a full art show. Each situation is different and can be designed according to needs.

Recent presentations include:
“The Big Picture”
a presentation of the popular “Last Supper with Twelve Tribes,” either in original or print form.
The painting, being 20 feet wide, is the big picture. And what it illustrates is a God-statement
begun in the Biblical book of Exodus, performed in the gospels, and completed in the book of Revelation…thus,
the big picture. Also included is how the painting came into being and what it specifically represents.
A very popular and unique presentation.
“The Talents”
The account of Hyatt Moore as an artist, how this began with a lightening bolt out of the blue, at age 52,
and in the midst of an already busy and fulfilling career. Principles given that apply to all, everyone having
talents, and every stage of life to be lived purposely. Highly inspirational.
“Life and Death and a Few Things in Between”
A spirited meditation from the Biblical book of Ecclesiastes. A look at the temporalness of life with its
goal to both speed up and get in as much as possible, and to slow down and consider its meaning. In the end,
life is to be relished…maybe more, but at least that.
“Being Married to a Contented Woman”
Assigned as topic for a women’s group, it has been widely received by both sexes. Comes from insights
and experience of 42 years of marriage to the same woman. Lots of encouragement about contentment
(peace) being the real essence and reward of life as it’s being lived. Without it, nothing works,
with it, everything does. Basic, the a topic rarely addressed, and never quite like this. View it here.
“Discipling Your Family”
An assigned topic for a men’s group, but also highly viable for all parents. We’ve all been raised by
someone, here’s our chance to do it well. Based on personal experiences of raising five children,
each of different temperaments and gifts, through good years and hard, in many places. Solid
principles laid down, with lots of examples of creative approaches.
“Damascus Road”
A testimony of personal quest and life change at age 27…this after having arrived at set goals at
an early age but finding no ultimate fulfillment. Many questions are asked and many roads tried
before a surprising encounter with the God of the cross, in Mexico, in 1970. After that, everything changed. A “classic.”
A half-hour synopsis of this Damascus Roads story has been televised many times.
