Sketches of Holland and Spain

It's a book of drawings made while traveling with students and staff of the Laguna Beach College of Art and Design. As such it's a taste of the numerous art museums visited as well as slices of life. Some are in graphite, others in ink, including ball point pen. The works reveals the quick and easy approach to getting a subject down with as much attention to vitality as to accurate depiction of subject. Like with the previous "Sketches of Italy" and "Sketches of France," this is another collection of serious art taken lightly, or a light approach to art taken seriously. Either way, it's 116 pages of delight.
