The Theory of Everything

Theory-of-Everything
A painting by Allison.

I’ve not blogged for a week. Sometimes that happens, especially when preparing for the next big project, and the one after that. Funny, how our lives are.

Son-in-law Vernon’s was like that, until last May, when he had that encounter with a truck on his motor scooter. He’s been in one facility after another since then. Progress continues, two steps forward and one step back (or vice versa). Meantime daughter Allison’s life has changed altogether.

I must say I’m impressed with the way she’s carrying on, keeping everything moving, and processing it verbally. Today, for my blog, I’ll simply share hers, The Theory of Everything. That’s not a movie I’ve seen yet, though I did read Hawking’s book years back. I’ll see it just as soon as I get through these major projects.

More power to you on yours, too. And be thankful you’re on your feet.

I agree with Marty and with you. So glad to be a witness to what God’s doing in and through her! She is much a Moore!

Your daughter is bright, resourceful, and deep soul beautiful. The depths of her creative talents and bursting heart will lead her forward. Thank God that she can express herself in art and words to find solutions emerging each day baby step by baby step. Her pain is palpable, but her reserve and courage even more so. God bless her and her intuitive children.

I am just speechless. This was so well written by her —expressing her thoughts and her heart so perfectly. The quotes were incorporated so beautifully as was this gorgeous painting (extreme talent like her Dad and Mom), her lovely thoughts about every detail that came to mind in a given day or event, and the times she spends with the love of her life and her wonderful children. I so appreciate Allison’s heart for The Lord, her extreme emotional intelligence and mental health, her huge heart expressed so beautifully on her blog, her full and complete love for her Lord and her family, husband and friends. She is strong! and Mighty in The Lord! that is very clear. She is doing extremely well under such difficult circumstances. My prayers will continue over her, her family and mostly her husband’s fight to return to full health and healing.

With loving tears…what a talented, beautiful, strong, loving woman, ‘wife’, daughter, mother…you all must be so proud of her faith and God-given talents of writing and painting, obviously comes with a little help from her parents. All the sincere and beautiful comments given, I’m speachless too. Many prayers for Vernon and all your family.

I’m just getting back to emails….but I did so appreciate Allison’s wonderful blog and painting that day. I read it daily and pray much for her and for Vernon…..what gifts God has given all the Moores….it just keeps coming out everywhere. What a blessing to you and Anne to see God passing on your gifts and talents so uniquely.
